From September 8 to 12, Zhejiang Ziyan Mould Industry Co., Ltd. made its appearance at Automechanika Frankfurt. The company is located at Booth F93, Hall 10.2. At this exhibition, the company highlights its automated checking fixture for automotive headlamps and tailgate checking fixture, demonstrating its R&D and manufacturing strength in precision dimensional inspection tooling to customers across the global automotive industry.
Ziyan Mould has long been engaged in the automotive checking fixture sector. It can supply a full range of automotive precision inspection tooling covering inspection requirements throughout the industrial chain of stamping, welding and final assembly. Meanwhile, the company has independently developed non-contact measurement technology to build intelligent inspection workstations integrated with laser, vision and robot systems. The exhibited automated headlamp checking fixture features an aluminum alloy main structure and is equipped with a laser vision inspection system, delivering a detection accuracy of 0.01 millimeters with a cycle time of approximately 1 minute per part. The tailgate checking fixture is also made of aluminum alloy, used to verify the dimensions of tailgate side panels, the exterior matching of surrounding parts and the assembly adaptability of complete vehicles.
