To strengthen team cohesion, enhance emotional exchange among employees, and foster a positive corporate culture, Ziyan Mould Industry Co., Ltd. organized a team-building trip for all employees from November 5th to 9th to the picturesque cities of Yixing, Liyang, and Xitang. This activity, which combined cultural appreciation with nature exploration, was a complete success.

On the first morning of the event, the team first arrived at Dajue Temple in Yixing. In the serene temple environment, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, everyone experienced the tranquil and profound Zen culture. Afterwards, the team went to Yunhu Lake, just across the street. With its shimmering waters and beautiful scenery, the employees strolled along the lakeside, relaxing and recharging amidst laughter and conversation, while also preparing themselves for the afternoon's activities.

In the afternoon, the team visited the Tao Er Factory, a scenic spot rich in local characteristics. The UCCA Pottery Museum here features an exterior facade made of 20,000 local ceramic slabs, fired at high temperatures to create a kiln-transformed color effect. The interior space is constructed with pine and bamboo, embodying Eastern aesthetics. Everyone gained a close-up understanding of the long history and exquisite craftsmanship of Yixing purple clay pottery, symbolizing the craftsmanship spirit of the Ziyan people—a spirit of striving for excellence and creating masterpieces with meticulous care.

In the evening, the event moved to Yaohu Town. Employees watched a spectacular fountain and fireworks display. With the music playing, the fountain and colorful fireworks complemented each other, immersing the employees in a joyful atmosphere and creating an unforgettable evening.

The next day, everyone visited Tianmu Lake Scenic Area in Liyang. The employees took a boat trip on the lake, enjoying the beautiful scenery on both banks and feeling the gentle breeze. Within the scenic area, the employees also participated in outdoor activities such as hiking, strengthening their bonds in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.

Meanwhile, Ziyan's overseas customer service team also embarked on their team-building trip. The team visited Xitang Ancient Town and Dianshan Lake, where they showcased their energy and collaborative spirit during a rafting activity. Working together in the current, they overcame the challenges and learned that only by sharing a common goal and working together can they accurately control their direction and successfully reach the destination. This rafting activity vividly reflects their daily collaborative service and ability to meet challenges.
