This checking fixture is designed strictly according to the automotive coordinate system and GD&T requirements, and is specifically designed for testing the surface contour, mounting hole position, hinge and lock matching accuracy of the plastic tailgate assembly. It uses a modular positioning structure to accurately reproduce the vehicle installation state; equipped with an adjustable detection unit, it simultaneously verifies the gap difference (tolerance ±0.1mm), the smoothness of the sealing strip pressing, and the matching of the license plate light area.
