Designed strictly in accordance with automotive coordinate systems and GD&T standards, this checking fixture is specifically designed to inspect the contours of the body-in-white (BIW) dash assembly, air conditioning duct/wiring harness holes, instrument panel bracket positioning holes, and surrounding overlap gaps and flushness (tolerance ±0.1mm). A six-point master positioning system accurately replicates the assembly state of the engine compartment and passenger compartment, allowing for rapid model changeovers between fuel-powered and new energy vehicles.
