As the largest mould maker in Shanghai, Shanghai Ziyan Mould industry Co..Ltd. is held by Zijiang Holdings, specialized in designing and building injection moulds and checking fixtures for international automobile industry. The registered capital of the company is US$13.9 million and the investment of the first stage up to US$29.8 million. Located in Jinqiao Export Processing Zone, near Shanghai Pudong international Airport, the company has a total area of 43,000 square meters and the staff of 220.

The company is equipped with advanced cutting & inspection facilities such as 10 sets of CNC machining centers from USA Cincinnati and Japan Okuma, and corresponding EDM. Spotting press, injection moulding machines, and CMM, etc.. Strictly conforming to Germany TUV ISO 9001 quality system.

The company uses project management for each product. Communicating directly with customers, and following up the whole process of design, manufacturing, and turning, the project engineer is responsible for triple successful objectives of each project - quality, delivery and cost.
